Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is mentioned in the lawsuit a group of women filed against the University of Tennessee last week in which they said the school violated Title IX regulations in the way it has handled reports of sexual assaults by student-athletes. The lawsuit was filed by six unidentified women and focuses on five cases that were reported between 2013 and 2015, but it also references incidents involving Tennessee student-athletes dating to 1995. One paragraph in the 64-page document includes a sexual harassment complaint made by a Tennessee trainer in 1996 involving an incident that occurred in a training room while she was treating Manning.

Personal seat license sales for the Atlanta Falcons' new stadium have surpassed expectations set by the firm handling the process for the team. Michael Drake, vice president of the Legends Global Sales firm handling the PSL process for the team, said the first-year results surpassed expectations based on his previous projects with the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys. ''Coming from these other projects, you have some guesses or projections of where we'll end up in the relocation process,'' Drake said.

Peyton said he understood why Eli wasn't elated like other relatives in the luxury suite at Levi's Stadium who were jumping and celebrating after Denver's late touchdown sealed the Broncos' 24-10 win over the Carolina Panthers. Then, he and Fallon quickly pivoted to a bit where they spoke to a life-sized cutout of Eli, the New York Giants quarterback who won two Super Bowl rings himself.
